This event is a result of the cooperation between Finnish and Swedish Lapland and Northern Norway. VAE II companies and Tour Operators and Incoming operators from selected market areas have been invited to this event. We welcome those who are interested to develop together with our great Arctic community potential seasons in the area of Arctic Europe in a sustainable way.

Buyers:
Tour Operators and Incoming operators from these selected markets of VAE II are invited to join this event: Austria, Belgium, China & Hong-Kong, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands, United Kingdom and USA.

Service providers:
All companies participating VAE II -project from Finnish Lapland, Swedish Lapland and Northern Norway are invited to join this event. Please find here the list of all 120 VAE II companies covering the entire Arctic Europe.

Prebooked appointments:
We’ll open the matchmaking later in May.

Costs:
This workshop is free of charge for all byers and VAE II companies. All land arrangements are covered by the project.
That includes accommodation for two nights in Alta (13.-15.6), two dinners, two lunches and all meeting facilities.
The only thing you have to cover yourself is your travel costs.

Limit of participants:

You may have two participants from your company free of charge.

Service providers (VAE II Companies)
You may have two participants from your company free of charge.

Cancellation fee of 450 EUR will occur if you cancel you participation after 16.5.2022.

Pre and post tours for buyers

In addition to the workshop we would like to invite all buyers to join our Pre and Post-tours and see what we have to offer for summer season.

Individual appointments

We’ll open the booking of appointments later in May.
Registered participants will be able to request pre-scheduled 20 minutes meetings. (15 minutes + 5 min break)
Meeting requests must be confirmed by both sides in order to be scheduled.
