All transfers leave from front of Scandic Hotel.

Please notice that we are not going to have any print materials. Your appointment schedules, as well as PDF catalogue with all Service providers and Buyers can be found under your personal page.
All meetings are 15 minutes + 5 minutes break.
VAE II Team members will assist you before and during the workshop if you’ll have any questions regarding your appointment schedules.

FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS:
You’ll all have your own table for the meetings and you can bring your laptop with you.
The layout of workshop room will be a class room, so it will not be possible to have banners or rollups next to your table.
You may start preparing your table 14.6 at 8.00, first meeting will start at 9.00.
